Oh hell no! This would take away my massive fun at playing a load of bg's at 19, 29, 39, etc. while working on my rep with the bg-factions by the many turn ins. (lvl 39 atm and 500 rep to go till revered with Warsong Outriders).

Mainly for the PvP trinket you get at grunt level. You also gain XP – 1200 for every set of 3 WSG marks you hand in. This does not effect your rest bonus. You win 3 marks for a BG win, one mark for a loss. The best rank you can attain at 10-29 is sergeant. Typically you will need 100 HCP (honour contribution points) to be Scout, 3000 to be Grunt and 5000 to be Sergeant. You can check this out at your own realm at

I recall doing this too. And if we went over the cap for how many marks we could hold in our bag before turning in, they'd be in the mailbox. I personally didn't ever skip a lot of levels at a time doing this, but I did skip a few at a time. They also rewarded rep, and worked at city battlemasters when those were implemented. In BC (or prepatch) they became a currency.

It was vanilla to give XP every 3 mark turning ( NOT DURING THE BG ITSELF- that was wotlk), so this server has to fix it that way and twinks will exist as long as they dont turn in marks while other pvp players can pvp during their hard leveling.
