The quest "Reagents for Reclaimers Inc." in Desolace has a serious issues with the quest item drops from the Doomwarders. I remember this quest vividly and the drop rates for these were 100%. It works this way for the Felhound Brain and Nether Wing but the drop rates on the Doomwarder Blood are absolutely atrocious. I've killed probably 20 of them so far and only have 6 bloods. This wouldn't be *that* bad except the Doomwarders are absolute tanks with very high damage physical attacks, a very strong fire dot, and exceptionally high resists which make it a merciless mob to solo as a caster. What are very time-consuming mobs to solo are made even worse by these drop rates not working in blizzlike faction, for verification you can see wowhead comments on the quest from pre-cata that these were 100% drop rates.

Edit-Of additional note, these are dropping from both regular Doomwarders and Doomwarder Captains. From what I recall, these were a 100% drop from the Doomwarder Captains only and weren't supposed to drop from the regular Doomwarders. While this would be nice for QoL, it isn't blizzlike and the bad drop rates hardly make it worthwhile other than giving more mobs to kill.
