I admit that there are times when world PvP made things a bit more interesting for me. But, unfortunately, that was far overshadowed by the many times that people went out of their way to make things frustrating for other players and me.
For example, it's 100% within the rules to gank, corpse camp, and continually follow and kill an opposing player for hours/days at a time. It's possible for one player - or a few players - to literally make it impossible for another player to level her character. The responses from the GMs and the community are to get some 60's to be your body guards - which doesn't work if you don't have any 60's in your guild.
There are a LOT of decent players out there who will "count coup" by killing you and then leaving you alone if you aren't into wPvP. But all it takes is a few douchebags to ruin the game for people and make them wish for a PvE realm alternative. And boy, do we have some (both Horde and Alliance) on Nost.
