Why don't you just ask for help? 60s that want to pvp are eager to do world pvp with other 60s, especially if that other 60 is ganking some of their lowbies. It's always fun to put someone in their place for some good old karma.
And it feels good afterwards to get back at people that are annoying you or being scumbags.
That's what the pvp drama is all about. And that's a part of what creates a server community and lets people communicate with each other and help each other out, whether it be through dungeons, or world pvp, or even ganking, doesn't matter.
If there was no world pvp, if there was no ganking, if no names on the server got a reputation with time for whatever reason, be it that person is a scumbag, asshole, ganker, nice guy, or whatever he is, that is a large part of what the MMO community is all about. It gives you a reason to care, whether you hate that person, or vice versa.
I'm rambling now, though. My point was, if you're getting ganked you should always ask for help or at least warn others in the zone of the gankers. Word of mouth spreads fast and usually 60s show up to help, a big part of that is the thrill of ganking the gankers, and teaching them a lesson.
That's one of the many spices of a server community that is alive and interacts with each others, rather than being the dead zombies in the cross-realm mix of everyone doing the same thing every day like what WoW became with time.
