The website just states that ~ 3400 fixes were applied since March 2010, by a total of 16 developers.

I think this number refers to the gobal amount of people who worked on the server development at some point, and not the current workforce of Nostalrius. It seems pretty obvious when you read the words they use, even though it's not said explicitly, for communication purposes I guess.

Jeez, all this wall of text...to whine about x1 rates
10% of it was some way relevant.

Well I care, it's about transparancy and not misleading people

You really pick holes in every sentence.

Btw, here is your answer - which you obviously haven't read:

So yeah, it is highly unlikely that there are 16 active developers working on Nostalrius.

So when KT is dead the server will be upgraded to TBC? Or you will create another server for that?

It answers that question in the FAQ, Clockwerk. It will be a seperate server, but you will be able to copy your character from here to there if you want to continue progressing on it.

I agree about the Youtube channel uploading irrelevant videos from retail. Now they have a confusing lineup. There was no real reason to put these up, as they weren't made by this staff. They're just recycled footage from the real retail days back then. I wouldn't say they do anything to promote the server. If people wanted to look up old videos, they would do that already. This is something that could have been done on another channel.

"TBC
The faq states that a TBC server will be released after a couple of months. You make it sound like you do that overnight. Considering that Corecraft has been in development for over 2 years. This sounds hard to believe, I suggest you stay realistic and stick to Vanilla for now."
A couple of months after Classic is done. Which won't be anytime soon. Do you know how long it takes to fully clear Naxx in Classic? It could be a year before a guild is even powerful enough to enter its door. And with progressive raid openings/events like retail did, it could easily end up stretched to a 2 year schedule to slow guilds down. BC, btw, won't be forced. It's going to be a separate realm you don't have to play on, as said by the FAQ. If it opens and you don't want to play it... well, don't. Stay on the Classic realm and keep raiding 60 forever. They plan to give you the choices Blizzard never did. You'll be able to pick the version you want. Unlike Blizzard, they don't plan to force BC down your throat and move up to 70 when you don't want to. I'm sure some players to move up, but players that want Classic, not BC, will stay behind. There's a reason you're here and not over at Corecraft.

"Reviving old Nostalrius characters
I also read in the faq that old nostalrius character might be restored, considering that was when the server was instant lvl 60 this would be very unfair and set a lot of people off. Don’t do this! "
They said the community is going to be deciding this one, and judging from overall reactions, including yours, I doubt this'll happen. When they open up a poll one day and 90% players hit NO, the case will be closed. Most players using the forum seem to say "NO, fresh start, level 1s", so you shouldn't be worried.
