It is perry obvious that this server will stay PvP. I have to ask all those who hate PvP and want a change why did you even sign up for the server ???


I hate PvP but i knew what i was going to get into, when i started playing here. I just accept it when i get attacked and I DO NOT engage the attacking PvP player. When i meet a PvP who wants to camp me over and over I moved on or just log of for 20 to 30 min. In all but one instance the person attacking me gets bored after 3 to 5 kills and moves on to other targets when he realized i was not going to engage is his play style.

YOU ONLY LOOSE AT MOST A FEW MINUTES OF YOUR TIME RUNNING BACK TO YOUR BODY. I can care less if someone kills me my pride is not hurt as I don't base how I feel in real life around how i do in this game.

Pvp is best unscripted. Contesting control over areas creates a deeper and more meaningful experience.

Please stop trying to dilute the game, it makes it more boring.

Why must I see a post for this literally every week? Every one hates getting killed and having interrupt their questing but its something you need to accept and get used to. No one should be flagged for PvP in their home city unless you just arrived there from a contested zone so theres really no excuse for dying there.

Fact is most people want PvP, majority rules, deal with it.

Wait, what? WHY DID YOU SIGN UP ON A PVP SERVER IF YOU HATE PVP?! Seriously, it's pretty obvious this server will stay PvP, so I have to ask you, if you hate PvP why did you even sign up on this server?

I'll go first. I don't prefer PvP, I prefer PvE. I don't really care either way if this server changes or stays the same, I'll stay here until something I prefer comes along and has 3k+ players. If CoreCraft launches and has those numbers, I'm gone. But I'm enjoying my time here, in spite of the forced PvP. So I'm staying, for the foreseeable future.

You see, this server has 5-6k population, and just because it's PvP doesn't necessarily mean it's because of this that the population is so high. It could just be that this is seen as the best option as far as Vanilla Private Servers go. I mean, why else would you come here, Alquen, if you hate PvP?

There's nothing wrong with asking for change. If nobody ever asked for change, nothing would ever get changed. And the reason you're seeing multiple versions of this request is because more than one person wants it.

Isn't corecraft going to be a PvP server as well (flying will destroy wpvp so w/e)? And tbh, I think many people are waiting for it to come out and go there.

I go to a city and afk for 5 minutes, and there's Horde. They're everywhere. You thought you were safe in Ironforge? Nope. You thought you were safe in Gadgetzan or Booty Bay? Nope, there's Horde killing you from the roofs of buildings so guards can't kill them. I've been playing for weeks now, and I haven't gotten above level 50, simply because Horde is always there and ganking. And the sad thing is, they'll camp you for over half an hour at least

Then roll Horde like me. Oh, wait, I've been in situations where all the quest areas I need to go to are camped by at least one party of Alliance; yesterday, a party of 60s were killing everything in Grom'Gol; Alliance acted friendly when our party sizes were about even, but when more of them came or a 60 came, they'd nonstop gank us; and I've been attacked by Ally rooftop campers in Gadget, as well as having seen Alliance 60s on Org rooftops. It goes both ways.
