Hello,

Please use the bug tracker to discuss bugs, as it will be easier for the developers to look into them, as well as have them confirmed by the QA team.

While the Nostalrius development team is doing all it can to provide the best possible game experience to everyone, not every developer actively surveys the forum when we already have a tracker with hundreds of new and unconfirmed reports. Please also link the bug report(s) in your original post.

Just played AV cause I missed it. After a 3.5 hour battle I reminded myself why its so horrible. So much effort put to reach the enemy base. But oh. People insisted to keep snowfall for alliance.

Result?

Were stuck killing vendors and literally 15 NPCs in aid station that respawned constantly while took entire south, not having to face the same crap in relief hut. They took it like a walk in the park and eventually killed drek. Oh also NPC armor scraps upgrades are still bugged.

2006 is AV 1.12, which is not the case of our Alterac Valley


But actually in the video you can see 2 npcs attack them inside with Vanndar.

I assume the actuall but there is and the biggest one is the respawn time. :)

But with the quote of the admin he claims that none of the npcs will be fixed :D

So i dont know if that admin was on drugs while he wrote that, or i just dont know why an elite and non-elite would have same respawn time. I mean is it that hard to understand that Horde Flag Guards on Dun Baldar gets hit by Stormpike Stable Master and the Vendor besides it with initial/face aggro? Is this really supposed to be part of the game on nostalrius?

Passive / Aggresive NPC's wasnt changed there, else there would be patch logs where we can read, also since that from that video until 2015, its the same.

Please fix AV alliance NPC spawn rates on Dun Baldar.

You guys seem so out of touch with what the other faction has to deal with.

The ONLY spot on alliance side with any difficulty for horde is DB bridge, from what it looks like on our side you guys stroll right up to that bridge without a care in the world in under 20 minutes
Yet alliance get caught up on the road to your FIRST tower, and get road blocked by 5 horde at the most.

I haven't been in a single game where alliance doesn't get road blocked at the first tower till 15-20 minutes in.
And capping the thing is quite a pain with 3 possibly elites charging in all of the time.

You think you have respawn timer problems?
Just look at the respawns of all the patrols on the road from IBG to tower point.
It's all up by the time you kill the next pack, and if you don't stop to kill every single one of them, all of your respawning players get picked off one by one, so you have to practically reclear just to get to the GY.

We also NEED to clear out elite trolls and take snowfall, whilst you rush into your first forward gy like it's nothing, which isn't a huge bother if you die considering out first forward GY takes us way longer to get to with the hold up at the road.


You might feel frustrated being held off at a bridge for 40 minutes to an hour, but it takes us that long just to reach your base.
So in the end I feel it evens out.

This guy saying he loses 18 out of 21, I'm not sure when he is playing, but I can queue back to back games and usually I'm 2 for 5, which isn't so bad.
I win almost 50% of the games I play, sometimes it's 3 losses in a row however, but I feel the bridge evens out the death road you guys have going on.
And the road from iceblood GY to TP is JUST as easy to bottleneck as our bridge.
It's a tiny little path with mines on either side where horde can shoot at us unhindered, and the tower has a nice view of the whole thing.

I've seen horde turtle there for an hour before.


But I don't think these things will be changed, and if they do take your complaints into consideration they need to rework the horde side as well, because we get held up just as badly as you, only we get held up much sooner and for a larger stretch of the map.

Just because horde gets fast to north doesnt mean we have any advantage or easy gameplay.

There are 40 alliance players, why is it not possible that a few defends and recaps and play with some guards ?

Also there are good tanks and healers who are killing all the elites. If we dont do it we get killed aswell...

And actually the horde guards and also some alliance guards has a patrol pack of 3 npcs and they often walk together which makes it to 6. I also understand u dont go the other way where the Big monster elite is patrolling because of landmines.

The Patrols need to be fixed so that they cross each other instead of walking together. its bullshit.

Also there are rogues and druids on each side who can just get some graveyards or towers.
Additionally, we only have maximum T1 gear. with a better gear later with t0,5 t2,5 its gonna be easier.
