I don't mind to be criticized, it's a way to improvement !

And yeah the logo is a minor thing. But as I said I read some comments on reddit and such where some players were blaming the crappy and unprofessional look of the previous website, and thought that Nostalrius wasn't a serious project.

Indeed, if you happen to come across a website for something that you're really into, but it doesn't catch your eye fast enough, everybody's likely to just keep on going. If it's shabby-looking it will make you think they're just not that good.

As far as I know, it's NOT going to happen.

Well, why not? Besides, to clarify, i wouldn't want it perfectly ccopied blizzlike, like it's some classic theme hastily thrown together, but more, like you said, warcraftized, meaning with fairly noticeable warcraft-style design elements, but also original and creative. That theme would make a nice starting point, no?

I agree with you. When I saw this picture I was really excited because it looked like a custom version of the classic website, but the web designer decided to sell it and made us another design (like this one http://archives.nostalrius.org/)

If you buy it and give it to the devs, they may implement it. :p
They are not very talkative about this subject.

Nostalrius had different website projects, and that was one of them :



It is now a paid theme buyable for a bunch of €.
I don't know why the staff use the actual theme, it is ugly and doesn't look very professional.

Seriously, this is the way the website should look. The way it looks now is just... bad. It looks unfinished and the theme itself is kinda weird overall. Why experiment with such things when its possible to just use the old good blizzlike-ish outlook?
