Wand damage doesn't seem to be tuned properly. Neither Lesser Magic Wand nor Greater Magic Wand are hitting for anywhere near what they should be doing according to the damage range on their tooltips. This isn't a weapon skill issue (I'm maxed out in wands) nor does it seems to have to do with mobs partially resisting as far as I can tell.
Kind of a bummer since wanding makes up a significant chunk of caster dps at low levels.
