I agree there is a problem but I don't necessarily want to see the Chinese go. As a relatively new player to the server I've spent the majority of my time leveling alongside and grouping with them and a lot of times they're more helpful than English players despite the language barrier.

My over all impression of this servers population is that there is a lot of elitism and circle jerking and moving the Chinese elsewhere might reduce some of the lag but the server will remain toxic socially.

Second server? Yes. Forced segregation of Chinese players? No.

Just my two cents.
