respawn on demons for hunter leaf quest

I'm not sure what's been happening lately, but none of the demons seem to be spawning on 20 minute timers any more. At one stage they were spawning like clock-work... not any more.

confirmed. Warrior despawned my Simone, waited 3 hours and still no Simone. I'll try 7 hours. I think it went back to the usual timers after the 1.8 update?

Someone despawned my Simone on Saturday (before the patch) and I waited around for 4 hours before I had to go raid, didn't see any respawn. Would be nice to have some sort of confirmation as to if it is working as intended or not.

So true. We need the respawn timer decreased a lot. I've been sitting around in Winterspring for 3 days now. God.

It's very possible that this was broken before the patch went live, even. Spoke to multiple hunters on Fri 5th and Sat 6th who were waiting around for hours at the demon spawns with no signs of the NPCs spawning.

Artorius (winterspring) confirmed 20 mins respawn even when despawned.
Solenor (silithus) confirmed 20 mins respawn even when despawned.
Simone (unguro) taking too long to respawn. she did this yesterday too, like 5 hours before respawn then after that are short 3 respawns that only took 20 minutes. odd :/
Gonna check others soon.

Can confirm Solenar (Silithus) is on a 20 minute timer.
However Klinfran (Burning Steppes) is not on a 20 minute timer, guy waited 2.5 hrs before me, and I waited about 50 mins to an hr. No spawn during this time.

I saw Solenar in Silithus spawn 6 times at 20 min intervals. Moved to BS afterwards, no spawn for 3hrs+. So if it is dynamic, it is not consistent.

I'm pretty sure it's not dynamic, timed at 20 min intervals for artorius and solenor during low pop hours.
And there's so much people in BS that it should respawn within 5 minutes if it's dynamic
