Terms of Use Updates

When an update is made to the Terms of Use a quick date note should be placed on the updated line/added information.

Example:
Organized killing for farming rank and/or honor. (Updated: 4/23)

This would make it a lot easier to keep up with and cause less confusion with any rule changes that are applied to the server.

Why would an Updated note matter? The terms are the terms... if they're there, they're active.
