Bug in quest "Hints of a New Plague?" in Arathi Highlands

Hi there, I think I've spotted a bug in the quest "Hints of a New Plague".

The alliance friendly NPC Kinelory seems to be healing enemy horde NPCs as you fight them during the escort.
