quest bug:Hive in the Tower

this is the 3rd step of a chain,and I did the first 2 steps,the third one says your race can't take this quest,but I certainly remember I can take this on retail as forsaken,please fix this.

Web Archive from 2005. Still says Alliance only for this quest. Admit it, Blizzard favored Alliance for PvE and horde for PvP in vanilla.

Then why do the two following quests say "both"? Looks like the entry is wrong and it should be horde and alliance.
