No, and why should they? It is in no way Blizzlike.
But you are free to roll a new character at opposite faction.

Posted: Mon Apr 27, 2015 4:55 pmBack in vanilla PVP servers did not let you create characters on both factions, and it stayed that way until midway through the Wrath expansion. On nostalrius you can create characters on both factions. This is your faction change.
