Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

the following quests in Tanaris are not available when they should be.
I have it listed by "quest giver" then the name of the quest and level required. I checked them at level 45.

Security Chief Bilgewhizzle – quest "Southsea Shakedown" avail at 44, not showing up




Curgle Cranklehop -- "Handle With Care" located in Gadzegan should be available at 42.
has a grey " ! " above her head but no quest at 45 when it should be at 42.

Southsea Shakedown should be in this patch since we have other quests that are newer than that one.
Handle with Care shouldnt require 48 either, it should be available at 42.

I can second this, there are quests meant to be put in at 1.8 like pirate hats ahoy!, see http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Quest:Pirate_Hats_Ahoy! already in, yet not southsea shakedown, as for Handle with care http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Quest:Handle_With_Care says it should only require lv 42

Funny enough, Southsea Shakedown has been enabled a few times, for thus lucky enough to do it.
