Appoint a GM as secretary to the admins

Greetings,
Inspired by my ongoing personal experiences of waiting now nine days without a reply from one of the admins, I would like to suggest giving some form of back up to the admins. The population on Nostalrius is large and growing, and the team are working hard to implement new content and fix bugs. My experience and the impression I get from reading the Support forum is that the GM team responds quickly and competently, but in many cases they don't have the authority/ability to actually solve problems with account restoration, ban appeals etc. In these cases the admins have to PM back and forth to collect and verify information before they decide on a course of action.

My suggestion is to appoint a go-between who can screen requests and gather all the necessary information, so that the admin is presented with a well documented "case". It might also be preferable to give some reduced administrative powers, such as changing passwords or looking in to details about a banning case.

TLDR: Take some of the more mundane work away from the admins so they can focus on the things only they can do.
