hello players and gamemasters
what about disable group que for 1 or 2 days per week?
somethin like:
saturday: pug day+wsg weekend
sunday: pug day+ab weekend

why? because!
90% horde que solo, 90% alliance play premades

people who can't play without pocket healer paladins, and fap on grand marshal
-you still can gank horde pugs, but not 24/7, only 24/5
people who love solo queue, because FUN>rank farming
-you start love this server much more, and say to every friends -nostalrius awesome! pug days this is one of the best feature of this server!

I don't see the word "fun" in http://www.wowwiki.com/Honor_system_(pre-2.0) but I do see "farming".

Also, pulling percentages out your ass is not factual. 1% of horde are lvl 60. 99.9999% of alliance are lvl 60. 99.9% of both factions play premade.

Or I can just say that this idea will not be implemented because you're restricting players from farming for their rank which prevents them from competing to whatever rank they desire.

So I could pretty much say that your idea is bad and you should feel bad, but I'm not. Just saying it's not going to be implemented and no comment will even be made by an admin. Simple.

Premades aren't fun.

Premades don't play for good games, they play to farm honor. That means you dodge other premades, and end up playing games exclusively against people who can't or don't fight back all evening.

I like the sentiment of the original poster, but i'm afraid his solution wouldn't work. Teams would just use the StinkyQueue method to queue at the same time and all end up in the same game together.

One solution to alleviate the problem would be to disable multi-queue, and to fix the bug where you can log out for 2 minutes and avoid getting deserter.

premadees are done with friends and guildies to have fun at pvp.
if u just premade for a grind ur doing it wrong...

Personally, i wouldn't mind seeing a limit on premades queing vs pugs but i know this is unrealistic.

The ideal scenario would be to force premades to fight premades, or limit the group queues to a party of 5 people, giving pugs a chance, horde don't even fight back anymore, unfortunately going afk/hiding vs a premade is what seems to be happening. Farming honor may not be "fun"for premades, but its far better then facing a premade 55/60 games you queue all day and only making 1 token out of it and zero honor.

I am not sure what the DEV/GM NOS team thinks about this, but one thing is for sure, balancing pvp would only make the community feel better and enjoy the server more, you might disappoint a handful of premaders but the hundreds of level 60's and the thousands soon to be 60 will thank you for this. Definitely will add longevity to the server.
