Fix Southsea Pirates?

The Southsea mobs out in Tanaris seem to be broken.
I am missing MUCH more than usual and they are hitting me for very high crit/crushing chance (when compared to other mobs of similar levels). For example, if I go into a fight 1v1 with other mobs of similar level, I am usually at around 80-90% HP when the fight is over. With these, I am going down to 50% or even 20% if I miss enough.
Other notable strange behavior includes: aggro through walls, re-aggro (I run far enough away, combat drops, they start to run back, then I go back into combat and they run at me again, follow for another full leash distance), and aggro from far away when I target them.
I can deal with the weird behavior, but not when I'm completely unable to kill 2 at a time.
