Donation quests.

I understand and like the fact that the server follows the release of patches and it's context, this restricts the speed of the endgame. But by doing this it also hinders the leveling process alot, not only does the later patches of vanilla add alot of quests but it also fixes alot of issues.

The biggest issue for me personally have been the fact that theres no donation of cloth quests, these quests are essential for both reputation and experience.
There's literally no reason theres quests does not exists in the game right now.

Why does the current ingame honor system exist?
It was added in 1.4

My point is; it make sense to restrict endgame context, but not restrict pvp and battlegrunds (which was release in 1.5 too) So why would they restrict a simple quest as the donation one?

Because the clients are on patch 1.12.1. We would be facing patch bugs if we swapped to 1.3.2 patch with a 1.3.2 core. Since the goal is to progress into 1.12.1, Nostalrius Begins is on 1.12.1 core+client to make things easier.

Things that must be removed from the patch will not be removed from the content+patch.

Please don't double post. Use the edit button.

They're restricting PvP content as well. It makes sense because the gear would obviously overpower PvE progression if they released one or the other. Alterac Valley is currently not out. As far as I know, r14 gear is not released either.
