I do not think that the current quests are available to unlock Tier 0.5 (SoulForge and whatnot). However, I think that it would be a great addition to the server to add these in. Thanks.

Progressive server. I can't find what patch the D2/T0.5 quests were added in, but releasing random content and break the progression timeline won't happen.
