Please ban this Undead Priest named HCR he kills the flight path in ratchet and he has buged the guards so they dont attack him, no one can move and he camps the alliance 24/7 so please ban this dude

Safespotting (Attacking others from a position in a quest hub where the guards cannot reach you) is against the Terms of Use. If you've discovered someone doing this, they can be reported via an in-game ticket. Have you tried taking a screenshot of them safespotting and reporting them in-game via the ticket system?
