I've taken your suggestions into consideration and have done the following buffs via my secret hacking method:

I've given Paladins righteous fury, a customized ability which makes their holy damage do more threat
I've given pets the ability to learn flat resistance (now available at trainers) so they can resist aoe attacks
I've also decided to make druids gain bonus armor when switching into bear form.

There would need to be a lot more than what you suggested (such as the removal of the debuff limit), basically those much needed abilities were all added in The Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King, however none of these will ever be added to this server because it is...
