Create a bugtracker for launch

There will always be bugs, so please create a bugtracker and let people report & be able to discuss things freely.

You can use Github, like Corecraft for example: https://github.com/ccshiro/cc-buglist/issues

I am not sure if you can browse the in-game ticket system to see what other peeps are reporting. A bugtracker would be a good idea so that we can know how quick issues are tackled. And how many there are for that matter.
