Spawn rates

Right now, with the population, in certain areas, it's just way too slow. It's so hard to quest in the crossroads because of the amount of people there, everything is dead all of the time, and people are camping spawns. I get it's part of the experience but it's making the already tedious leveling more frustrating. But hey, just a thought.
