it seems that there was no weather changes before patch 1.10, does this mean that it will be the same on NB? Seeing as they are putting in Pre 1.4 mounts in and such. Looking forward to launch

I'd hope they keep the weather in from start... It's very beautiful to have in some areas.
It doesn't change any of the gameplay aspects so I don't see why it wouldn't be in-game.

If you have a computer that can handle it, the weather effects on max are actually amazingly immersive and a little bit of a handicap. The fog (in areas where it fogs when it rains) reduces your view distance by about half and makes it somewhat harder to see mobs of a darkish color. Not to the effect of modern stealth games, but you get the idea.
