I've always been intrigued by how high standards Nostalrius has set, especially when it comes to making things fair and battling harassment/cheating. Professionalism is something I think Nostalrius is thriving for, and in my experience, they're succeeding. Although I were going through the Support section, I noticed that lots of players are confused as to why they've been banned among other things. So I thought I might as well give a suggestion in some possible improvements in the client's message it shows when a player has been banned. The current message is very basic, this is most likely because the developers has more urgent and important things to develop first.
The first three suggestions bellow are very basic but the last three would be preferred since it has geo-location to detect the timezone and make the required changes to date/time. It also it uses emails to provide further and more detailed information about the action taken. Information that will aid the player to understanding why the action, what rules were broken and aiding the player as to where to appeal.
P.S: I'm not sure if it's possible to make clickable links in client error messages, Blizzard might have added them in TBC. Nor do I know if geo-location is possible in the client.
