Hello everyone, I'm new to the community and the server. I played Vanilla - Wrath, I gotta say I'm quite impressed with the server, specially with no such thing as "Instant level 60 donors" the way a Blizz-Like server should be.
anyways here's my proposition
As we all know, vanilla lacked a lot of aspects that were implemented thru expansions.
I'll start off with raid composition,
As I go back and ransack thru my braincells and remember what we had, only warriors could tank; also no such thing as Ret paladins in raids, but the 31 point (later reduced) talent Bless of Kings was a must, on top of that you better bless them every 5 minutes.
Shadow Priests running out of mana very quick, and no mana regen for group/raid
Warlocks summoning in average 1/2 the raid, due to the lack of summoning stones and creating healthstones for healers / tanks.
Druids would mainly heal / innervate
World:
No summoning stones for instances, needed to make your way there even if it took 1 hour
No LFG system, that automatically ports you to the instance once group is ready
No guild bank
No 30 minute blessings
No group buffs (Fortitude, Arcane Int, etc)
No food table, well of souls
And a ton of other stuff that I can't remember for now
My point is: grab talents from TBC and Wrath, add them to Vanilla and revolutionize it. Imagine Paladins with holy shield and wings, druids main/off tanking, summoning stones, food tables, having the option to enter instance once group is ready, rogues with cloak of shadows (this would contribute in dungeons / raids), warriors with reflect shield and blade storm.
Yes, I'm supporting rogues and warriors due to their lack of retaliation against casters. If you've ever seen the Vurtne videos, you'll know what I mean.
Vanilla was a great game, but it can be a much much better experience that we'll remember as Nostalrius and not as a selfish Blizzard game.
