Talents are bugged?

So I'm playing a druid lvl 11. Spent my 2 points on Improved Mark of the Wild. So now the skill tooltip states it's gonna give me 74 armor instead of 65. But it still gives me 65 according to my character screen and the buff on me. Yes, I have recasted it on me after spending points on that talent. Providing proof pic.
