Respect for all the hard work the Nostalrius crew are putting into the server; stability, bots, gold buying, bug fixes etc

Is it possible to have an updated 'indicative' timeline? Reading this thread:

...has made me realise how far away from that the server is moving from those goals (possibly because of all the above issues).

While I recognise the staff don't have to give explanations, after playing on Emerald Dream and waiting years, yes years, for new content (promises of 'soon' every so often which were constantly broken) I think it's fair to ask if their goals remain the same - reasonable content releases. Or if those goals have changed to release content months after previous tiers are cleared in order to prolong the life of the server or let those behind catch up.

Please bear in mind most people on Nostalrius will have played on private servers previously. The content isn't new although clearly the scripting is better. The indicative timeline attracted a lot of the established guilds who realise months of farming MC won't hold the guild together for long. If that's been abandoned then I think the developers should be honest with their community. If it hasn't been abandoned then perhaps a rough ETA for the new content so we know what to expect.

the further the goals drift away, the more everybody feels "traited", because one thing was promised, but something else is being delivered. even tho i think the initial timeline that was planned wasnt good/smart anyway.

ofc its all free, but you're disappointing ppl that way and you probably gonna lose "some". even tho in the current situation this might sound like a good thing for some disappointing ppl and not sticking to ones word is never nice.

the communication players <-> GMs seems to be really terrible here anyway, especially on the forum.
