Changing the page title format for the forums

Currently, the forums have a webpage title which has the "Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)" header first, then the thread title. This currently makes it really confusing for me to keep track of my tabs, as everything just as "Nostalrius blah blah".
Most sites have the "site name/description" header as a footer on the title, like WoW Interface, Github, Wikipedia, etc, so you can see the relevant page info first. Could you look into formatting it this way?
So, for example, the title page of this thread could be "Changing the page title format for the forums • Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)" instead of "Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12) • Changing the page title format for the forums"
Example, with a few tabs open.
Nostalrius forums vs Feenix forums.
Also, any chance for a favicon? With the title coming first, it'd help mark the tabs as being forum threads.
