Will the mount models be changed to the armored mounts when the new patch hits?(pls no)

i would also really like to be informed before they're changing this. infact, it would be great if patchnotes are being presented a day or two before the patch goes live.

i think theyre being updated btw.
the announcement says: "All other features from patch 1.5 will become available when Alterac Valley is released."
patch 1.5 says: "Many of the Swift Mounts have gained eye glows and some have had other tweaks made to them to improve their looks."

The current mounts were removed in THIS PATCH which is why I'm curious, because I'm going hard in the paint right now trying to get my rep up before the patch....

They weren't ever forcibly removed. Quests were implemented for people to decide if they wanted to upgrade or not.

When the mounts are no longer available by any means, what would you say happened to them?

I'm not saying that they disappear if you already have them you idiot, why would I say that I'm grinding to get one before the patch in the same sentence that I said they were "removed" if by "removed" I meant that the people who bought them were no longer able to use them? Pretty obvious that I meant you were no longer able to purchase them.
