Spawn rate is already ballistic. Dynamic respawn rates for quest mobs are already in place.
The server has a 1x rate for all loot. Increased loot will make the server non-1x as intended.
The quests won't be added because Nostalrius serves the classic experience. Adding more quests would stray away from this and create custom content... which isn't blizzlike. Don't go off on me and say "BLIZZLIKE BLA BLA BLA" etc. They want it this way.
Buff/Charity NPC will never happen. Do the quests and play a class that has buffs or ask around for people to buff you.
Cheaper wood = get higher reputation. Higher reputation decreases the vendor cost for all vendor prices linked to that reputation. 10% honored, 15% revered, 20% exalted.
