Paladin Taunt

Right now Warriors are the best tanks. Druids can tank pretty well, but Pallys are pretty much useless end game (unless your guild is really cool) in Pvp and pvE unless they are healing.
I don't believe in gender roles, all Pallys need is a taunt, which I believe was patched in before BC. I know crusader strike is BC, but i think Pallys would be much more viable as tanks if we had something that helped pull aggro back to us.

You'll need to wait for the TBC server to come out since they're not going to add custom content for a server that's advertised to be Blizzlike.

Patch 2.0.0 (31-Oct-2006): Introduced.
It was part of the prepatches for the Burning Crusade. Since this server is 1.12.1 this ability will not be added.

I didnt bother looking up when they added the taunt. I hoped it was late vanilla. Oh well, if we ever get to BC I get a taunt.

This is the life of the paladin class in Vanilla WOW.
Want to raid - You are expected to heal.
Want to gain pvp rank - You are expected to heal.
Want to do anything else than you have 2 options.
1. Re roll a warrior
2. Become a lone wolf, and no one will ever care about your miserable existence.

Warriors having a taunt in Vanilla is a crutch and an excuse that people use to $hit over Paladins - especially when 3/4 of the raid bosses are immune to taunt anyway.
Not having one isn't an issue - do what you want and have fun doing it.
