Tier 0 being added to Epic Save

Today after my friends had been running Stratholme for 2 and a half hours they got to Baron Rivendare and downed the boss. The Robes of the Exalted and Paladin Tier 0 legs dropped. Right after looting the items the server randomly disconnected everyone and after a minute or two came back up and our friend had lost those items. Talking to the GMs they said they could do nothing about it as they were BLUES and not epics. I believe that AT LEAST Tier 0 for all classes should be added to the epic save list so they automatically saved up on looting. My friend did not receive the items as I am sure many of others have had the same issue.

Item refunds

Epic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

• Exact date of the raid;
• Screenshot of the raid ID;
• Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
• Name of the player who received the item.
