I don't have a Nost bug tracker account setup Viper - as far as I know there isn't a bug report for this either but when talking to a Ret Pally friend, he said that they ran an Onyxia fight a while back with several ranks of Judgement of the Crusader up to boost +Holy damage.

He went on to say that a GM spawned and told them not to do it - I was wondering if we could get your opinion whether you think multiple ranks is in fact blizzlike or whether it would be considered an exploit.
