Server Status Sticky

There needs to be a easily accessible and VERY VISIBLE "Server Status" sticky that can be seen near the top of the forums somewhere. The forums currently seem like a mess. Stickies are only denoted by a simple blue "Sticky". It doesnt really pop out. Something that players can go to to easily check to confirm as to whether the server is experiences problems or not, the type of problem, who is/may be affected and whats being done to take care of it.
