Add Eternal Quintessence before patch 1.11.0

Yes its not blizzlike, but the Eternal Quintessence was purely a quality of life item.
It does nothing to game balance and patch 1.11.0 won't be here for at least 1 year.
I don't think anyone would mind if it was added earlier, swimming to that damn island can get pretty old.

I agree , it was a pure quality of life improvement, that traveling for something that doesnt even enhance anything about your character gets old

It has been said hundreds of times before (not exactly related to this tho).
Nothing will be ''manually'' changed make stuff easier
