Please add Enchanting Vellum

Really, it's only fair. A blacksmith doesn't have to sit on the bank steps or at his forge advertising to craft items. He just makes them and puts them in that auction house.

I have also noticed that some crafted gear has stats on it, while other items that should have stats, does not. *fine leather belt and gloves, i believe.*

Also a lot of the quest gear is either missing or missing stats. Hopefully you can get this fixxed soon

Enchanting Vellum was added with Wrath as it was crafted by Scribes (Incorrectly referred to as 'inscriptionists' *shudder*)

There is a lot here that is not vanilla. Such as dungeon bosses dropping white items, and crafted items that should be green quality, being formed as common, with no stats (where is the +intel on greater magic wand?). You would not need to add inscription to the professions, just add vellum to the regent vendors wares. Remember also, warlocks could in fact, summon players into a dungeon if a player left, this was changed in a later xpac, after dungeon finder was implimented, but prior to this, warlocks could summon a friend or guild member to an instance to replace a party member that had to leave. So lets not get all hung up on "that was not in vanilla".

One major point that the previous posters either ignored or did not consider, this is NOT vanilla World of Warcraft, which is the intellectual PROPERTY of activision / blizzard. This is a WoW emulator, and as such, the coders do have a certain amount of freedom to decide what should have been *in vanilla wow* but was over looked, and to make adjustments.

To be honest, the only reason I am here, is because blizzard developers have fallen off the mark, and ruined what used to be a great game, with poorly thought out changes. The biggest of these being compressing player rotations into a 2 button mash fest and removing all the individuality you used to get when developing your character. In other words, not even blizz developers are perfect, and this is one item they let slip through the cracks. What I am suggesting, is that Nost Devs take a look at minor changes that would not affect the overall game, but would level things out, such as being able to send enchantments to your other characters, the same as you can mail gloves from leather working,etc.. Do you really think blizz devs sat down and said...Hmmm lets make it so enchanters are more benefit to everybody else, than they are to characters on their own account.?

This is set to be vanilla. If you don't like it, you are free to find another server which supports your ideas - or even create one yourself.

They are not going to add Vellum, you can go ahead and quit the server now, thanks, cya. Your suggestion sucks.

You are arguing that they implement something because there are other things bugged as well which also don't make it Blizzlike. The problem is that most of these bugs weren't added by the Devs. They came with the core and need to be fixed. What you are asking for is that the Devs should intendedly add a wrong feature. That's two different pairs oh shoes.

Some of the things you call a bug are actually Blizzlike like white boss drops, crafted items (even high skill) being white or gmw not having any intellect.

Also , true the Devs have design freedom and they decided to generate a server as close as they possibly can to a vanilla blizzard server. People might have different opinions about how well it worked out but for me it's fucking brilliant.

And don't forget the consequences of adding a quality of life/game play feature to the game that only effects a certain playerbase . All others will want to have some as well , it's people's nature ;)

You mean like tailors, blacksmiths, leather workers and alchemists being able to sell items in the auction house, while enchanters can't? Is that what you mean? Exactly what "ALL OTHERS" are you referring to in this case? Last I checked after enchanters, there were NO OTHERS affected by this. It isn't a huge deal, it does not affect game play, it does not affect what materials you can sell or trade items you can sell, a black smith can still sell his crafted items, in fact the ONLY thing this change would affect is that you could go buy enchants for your gear from the auction house. And anyone arguing different is just a petty mean shallow little person that can't stand the idea of anyone other than themselves getting the same as they are.

Im not saying nost devs will put vellum in game, i am saying it is something to be considered.

And as far as item having stats or not, the main point i was making is that THIS IS NOT VANILLA WORLD OF WARCRAFT. So the devs do have some freedom to make changes they feel would be an improvement in the game. Hence the suggestion in the first place.
