The characters on PTR need to be updated with the current live servers. MY guild is new and stands no chance of testing BWL with our gear on PTR because we dont have any fire resist gear or any of the gear our core members need. Some of our members arent even level 60 on the PTR. Can we please get the characters from live copied to the PTR in their current state? I and many others would really appreciate it.

Unfortunately this is not possible. The player copy process is a mass batch operation done once and only once. After BWL testing is finished, the server will be wiped and a new player copy will be made for the next test.
