Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello GM Team,

The spawn time for the BWL quest giver is broken on the PTR. We've been waiting for 30 minutes and a group before us has been waiting for another hour.

Can we make it a normal 5-7 minute respawn timer for this quest giver since it's just the PTR and guilds want to help test the content? Thanks for all the hard work you've put in thus far!

Bump - some people are saying you didn't need to get attuned some saying you are. Can we have an official GM comment?

Update: We looted the quest item from the Quartermaster and cleared UBRS and clicked on the orb behind Drak. Now we cannot even enter BWL from the original portal outside the instance.

Ahem.. you dont need to clear UBRS on PTR, the orb is moved in front of the BWL entrance at the end of the gangway...

When we pushed updates to the PTR recently, it changed the spawn timer of the Quartermaster and removed the orb from outside BWL. The spawn time of the Quatermaster has been lowered to 15 seconds and the Orb replaced outside the BWL turn-in.
