i just wanted to suggest to launch the server in the middle of the night or something so instead of instantly overcrowded it would start decently filled and then fill over the day with players and by that time those who started in "the middle of the night" already left the starting zones so its much smoother to play for everyone

i know quite a lot of smaller/private games/servers that launched that way to avoid server crashes and such. here, it would also "disburden" the starting zones so everyones having a smoother start

blizzard eu did the same at classic release (dont know about us release). server was up 9 in the morning. many ppl were in school or at work...
