Can we just add "Reserving items in dungeons and raids is no longer allowed." to the Terms of Use? Nobody likes it. Thanks

I would never join a run with something reserved. But, why on earth should this be something dictated by the TOS? Groups should be allowed to agree on whatever rules they feel like.

This is how it has always been, it's not abusive as long as you're told that something is reserved before joining the party. Even if you're not told and ninjalooting happens, it's still not something GM's dabble in. Play with friends and people you trust if you never want to get a boo boo.

When people will allow Paladin Tanks to roll on Spell Damage Weapon then this rule will make any sense.
Problem is that : nobody will agree with you on this

.

Hm you can always chose to not join a run instead of being angry over it. As it goes for 5 mans where nobody contributes more than anyone else, it is in my eyes wrong to reserve items so I would just make my own run.
However for raids for exemple, obviously the ones starting the raid reserve a few items, be it legendaries, cores/leathers, mounts or whatnot. The people putting the pug together usually have an additional hour of work and have to lead the raid, the supply of raids are usually not too great, therefore you can either join and suck it up or not join and eventually not raid or count on a later pug happening.
Completely dont understand why you would want to force your point of view on others by including it into the TOU.
