have they removed it or what? i have already done that quest when i leveled my priest, it was month ago.
They should make tyrande respawn way more often, its been a week now since shes not respawned.

They may have accidentally added it and later removed it, or the OP just doesn't know where to pick it up.

Use this, if she isn't spawning that is an obvious bug.

She's been respawning, but the horde beats her down as soon as her respawn pops.
