Blizzlike or Balanced - That is the question.

We all know that Blizztard can't balance games worth a damn, even if they try until the end of days,
and we also know that they failed miserably with wow's balance in terms of pvp, maybe because
they never were interested in the first place to balance it.
So i'm not asking here. Are there any intentions on keeping this server Blizzlike or balanced between
pvp and pve in terms of gear and rewards ?.
Currently the BEST weapons in game is PvE rewards which can be easily attained by farming
MC and were also bugged on released and dropped 3x as often because of the limited loot-table.
Bonereaver's Edge makes the High Warlord weapons look like cheap butterknives in pvp,
and any person with a few hundred gold can get them by paying a guild.
Getting a High Warlord weapon REQUIRES months of preperation.... hours and hours of kissing ass
to the best premades, and only ONE PERSON per week can get the weapon, per faction.
All while the pve-weapons has no limits except for the weekly reset, but it can still drop multiple times
during 1 week, which means that more then 1 person per week can get access to a weapon which
makes the pvp-rewards stink.
And with BWL around the corner that drops Ashkandi, we'll be sending our warlord pigstickers to
the scrapyard for recycling.... including alot of pvp-armors.
So my question is. Are there intentions on updating the pvp-rewards to constantly be on par with
the pve-rewards, and is there any plans on balancing the system so its just as hard to gain rewards from the 2 camps.
Currently i run BLUE level 50+ plate/mail , and it gives me better stats then the pre-epic PVP Rewards for warrior....
Higher crit, higher hit, equal hitpoints..
