Transfer a character to another account

So I have two characters under a same account. I'm wondering if it is possible for the GM to help me to transfer one character to another account of mine. This would benefit to my operations a lot!

Considering they don't even have proper password protection, I think that should take priority.

Staff doesn't do character transfers.

If this became a thing, it would make account theft even more desirable because your very character could be stolen from you, not just items / gold. Plus, character selling by third parties.
