Decrease Tharil'Zun and Gath'llzog Respawn Timers

Tired of having to wait 10-15 minutes for the respawn, just to have 15+ people there waiting to get the tag on him and losing it multiple times in a row, for both of them.

The level of whining about bans on the forums is at an all time industrial level.
