It would Be Cool to have a Feature available, for Appearance Change & name Change in the Game. Id be Down to Pay for a low price to use these Features and at the same time, that would give money to these developers who gives a lot of times and receive pretty much nothing. Even if its not their goal to make money with this that could be a cool little Income.

Name change is a good way to get rid of bad reputation, like ninjalooting, griefing and trolling.
