Bugged LBRS weapon

Hi I looted the Rivenspike

Yesterday from the rare in LBRS and I got very excited about this as a prot warrior wondering if it would stack with my sunders i went out and started skilling my axe skill since it was just roughly 50.
However now my axe skills is roughly 250 and I still havent had a single procc on a mob with this weapons chance on hit.
Either the weapon simply doesnt display the debuff on the mobs or its probably bugged, if this is the wrong way to communicate this error please advice me where to go.

It might be a bug. But foremost: You wanna have a 2.9 1h wep as Def warrior? WTF?!

As a young padawan i just started my journey down the tanking route a few dungeons ago so as far as i am aware this is the best weapon that has been placed in my hands as of yet

And even if I will replace it in some time i think its worth bringing to attention

2.9 is the worst possible speed you can have on an attainable weapon as a tank, just get a green dagger at your level for tanking, it'll generate alot more threat and rage for you. Then tank UBRS til you puke and then continue, the beast has a dagger called finkle's skinner, which is the second best dagger you can have as a tank. Before even beginning the run, make sure that the skinners in your group understand that you're going to roll need on it too. Happy Tanking.

Great advices thank you Pokey, i have the beer mug from the BRD bar with 1.8 speed and 10+ stam and will use that instead in that case! But the Rivenspike will be saved for fury if I ever would go bonkers and respecc.
