Forum - Move PvE section below annoucements, etc.

Is it possible that we can move the PvE section of the forums below the official section?

It was initially below everything else but once they set it above everything else, it started getting attention. This is propably intentional and temporary. I'd keep it up there until the server is launched or if the launch date is far away, just keep it a few weeks as it is.

Though they said they are making a new website for the server (I don't see the point in doing that), so should they stick with that plan the section would likely be completely removed.

The CDO in me says it should be done with the other server section; above the PVP. Because 'E' comes before 'P'.
